Can I book an in-person consultation?
Of course. We offer in-person consultations by appointment in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. During the meeting, we review your documents, evaluate your case, and discuss the best legal options for your situation.
Can you check if a property has debts or encumbrances?
Yes. We verify all charges, mortgages, and ownership issues at the Land Registry (Registro de la Propiedad) before you sign or pay anything.
How do I pay for your services?
We accept bank transfers, Bizum, and international payments. Fees are always agreed in writing and in advance, with payment plans available if needed.
How quickly do you reply to messages or emails?
We aim to reply within 24 hours, and usually much sooner. For urgent matters, clients can contact us directly by WhatsApp or phone.
Do you handle cases for clients living abroad?
Yes. We frequently assist international clients, particularly from the United Kingdom and Northern Europe. All communication can be carried out entirely in English.
Do you work only in Tenerife?
Our office is based in Tenerife, but we assist clients throughout the Canary Islands and Spain.
How are your fees structured?

Are you registered lawyers in Spain?

Do I need to translate my documents into Spanish?
